This is a propaganda map of the world according to Ronald Reagan. I find it pretty humorous as it sort of shows an American bias and our view of the world (20 years ago). As you can see the Eastern Hemisphere is pretty much the USSR and oil. It might be a satire, but beliefs of the Reagan administration shaped this map.
